1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Celtic AI's website (celticai.ie) or course platform (courses.celticai.ie), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services provided

Celtic AI provides free and paid AI education and consulting services including online courses, workshops, and advisory services targeted at Irish SMEs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User accounts

  • You must be 16 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, text, images, and resources on Celtic AI are the intellectual property of Celtic AI unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our course content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Impersonate Celtic AI or its representatives
  • Use our platform to send spam or unsolicited communications

6. Disclaimer

Celtic AI course content is provided for educational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding the completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of the content. AI tools and their capabilities change rapidly; content may not reflect the most recent developments.

Our consulting and advisory services provide general guidance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

Celtic AI offers paid digital products, workshops, and consulting engagements in addition to free services. By purchasing any paid product or service, you agree to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at celticai.ie/refunds.

For paid digital courses, access is granted upon receipt of payment. In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet accessed the digital content. Accessing the content constitutes a waiver of this right.

6b. Use of third-party AI tools

Celtic AI uses third-party AI tools (including but not limited to Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI) in the delivery of its services. These tools are used for demonstration, content generation, and workflow automation purposes. Celtic AI will not input your personal data into these tools without your prior consent. Where such tools are used during a consulting or workshop engagement, this will be disclosed to you in advance.

Third-party AI tools operate under their own terms of service and privacy policies. Celtic AI does not control their processing of data and is not responsible for their outputs.

6c. Subscription and retainer services

Where Celtic AI provides ongoing services under a monthly or annual subscription or retainer arrangement, the following terms apply:

  • Subscriptions continue until cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.
  • Celtic AI may adjust pricing for subscription services with 30 days' prior written notice.
  • No refund is provided for partial months of a subscription already paid, except where Celtic AI terminates the service without cause.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Celtic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Irish law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
